  9. Breakfast is subject to Board Type availability indicated in the Confirmation Slip for maximum 2 guest per room except for single occupancy room. 
  10. All the booking must be done 5 working days before checking in date. 
  11. Extra bed and crib may be available subject to individual hotel policy and should be requested at the time of booking ; charge USD28.00 for extra bed . Baby crib or baby cot Free of Charge. 
  12. individual charges such as extra bed, mini bar, telephone calls, etc -- must be paid to the hotel upon check-out 
  13. A valid ID or Passport and credit card must be presented upon check-in. 
  14. Name on ID or Passport should match the guest name under which the room is booked 
  15. Credit card authorization is required to guarantee payment for incidental special requests subject to availability upon check-in 
  16. Check-in time after 2.00 pm and check-out time is 12.00 pm 
  17. Late checkout will be include as follow;- 1500pm onwards - half payment from the room rate
    1800pm onwards - full payment as the room rate     
  18. Cancellation must be made through credit card

We stayed here when it was formally known as Pan Pacific and had a marvellous time - lovely big rooms with walk in shower and cracking views of the Petronas Towers.

The hi-light for me though had to be the breakfasts! Boy, was I suprised though -it was lovely - huge choice of eggs, pancakes, croissants, fruit etc. Definately the best way to start the day!

The location although towards the north of this relatively compact city was a good location, even though the busy areas of the golden triangle and chinatown areas are a 10-15 taxi ride of similar LTR ride. The PWTC station is just across the road as is "The Mall" shopping complex,

Lobby area was very pleasant and professional. Great glass elevators with good view of the city and Twin Tower. Rooms were nice size, with walk in shower and separate bath area and also a desk. Bath robes and slippers also provided and complimentary shoe shine. A big plus was the staff esp. the concierge. Always on hand to help, book restaurants or give general advice. One chap even negotiated a third off an airport transfer.
